How Long Does Delivery Take?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time — 1–2 Business Days

  • Order confirmation
  • Quality control
  • Packaging
  • Shipping preparation

Within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your order, it will be reviewed and confirmed. Once the order has been approved in our system, our production team will carry out the final quality inspection and packaging.

2. Shipping Time — Approximately 4–10 Business Days, Depending on the Country

Shipping is handled by our international shipping partners. After the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Austria: 5–10 business days
  • Germany: 4–6 business days
  • Switzerland: 7–10 business days

Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is received by OAK DAILY, it is immediately forwarded to our processing team and can no longer be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. The order will be shipped exclusively to the address provided during checkout.

If the address was entered incorrectly or is changed during the estimated delivery period, OAK DAILY cannot offer a refund if the order cannot be delivered as a result.

Return Shipping Costs

Depending on the country from which the return is sent, additional charges such as customs duties or taxes may apply.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except when the delivered item is damaged or defective.
