Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the period begins when the final item, part, or unit has been received.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement, for example by post or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
Simply refusing to accept delivery of the order does not constitute a valid withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, OAK DAILY will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs. This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.
OAK DAILY may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Because the customer is responsible for the return shipment, return shipping costs may range between €20 and €35. The return deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the fourteen-day period expires.
For logistical reasons, customers must use the return form when sending goods back. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if that reduction results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

The products and services offered on this website are provided by a company located outside the European Union. Therefore, exercising the fourteen-day right of withdrawal may be more difficult.
Depending on the country from which the return is sent, additional costs such as customs duties or taxes may apply.
