Processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping time Once your order has shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping rates We currently offer free shipping on all US orders. Any applicable shipping promotions or exceptions will be clearly noted at checkout.

Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
